Unfortunately, I have been forced to change my review of this company due to their lack of action and unethical business practices. Randomly they stopped responding to our calls and emails. We needed some basic technical support (the reason we hired them) and received absolutely zero response after multiple attempts. I even reached out to the owner, Charles, and received no response. When we finally stopped service, again they said nothing. Only after did I realize that they had not included me as an admin on my employees computers, and did not remove themselves as the controlling admin on these devices as part of their offboarding. Therefore, I'm locked out of my own computers. When I reached out to Charles about this, he said he would CHARGE ME $300 to remove the admin accounts! These are accounts that they installed and forgot to remove! When I called him out for this unethical practice, he told not to contact him again. I don't know what has happened, but they clearly are not concerned about customer service. Therefore, I would advise anyone to find another IT provider that will respond to your requests for service, add you as an additional admin, and then actually do the right thing, even if you're no longer a customer.
