I called Genie Computer services about an issue that I was having with my laptop, in regards to viruses notifications. I spoke to Stacie who sent me an e-mail with a link to download. I downloaded the link, opened it and followed instructions. I was issued a ticket number, with a note that a Tech. would call shortly. Sure enough, that happened. I spoke to Ben, I explained to him the problem, he then asked me to turn my computer on, asked me for permission to enter my computer re motley, and proceeded to enter. He then started to explain everything that he was doing, fixed the problem by adding, deleting and correcting the issues. All was fixed and running smoothly. I then asked Ben to look at my wireless printer, which I was having issues with it as well. He looked at it, he did what he needed to do and got the printer working properly as well. All in all, a fantastic and professional experience. I will recommend Genie Computer Services to all my friends and family. Genie IT Services is an excellent service oriented company that truly means it when they say they want the customer to be perfectly satisfied with any services they provide. They have helped me with numerous computer issues including making a home visit to help me set up computer, printer, and second monitor. The tech genius (no pun intended) Justin made sure everything was in excellent working order. He also fully explained all functions I needed to know. Answered all my questions even when I asked them twice. There remote service is highly recommended. Very easy to get in contact with them. They do get back in touch with you within 24 hours when you go online to get technical assistance. All employees I have spoken with have been extremely professional. I want to particularly compliment Justin for being very patient with me whenever we have spoken. Same goes for Ben. Ben remained on the line with me after his workday to make sure all matters were resolved so that I would not have issues over a long weekend. Thank you for that Ben.
