If i could give them 6 stars I would. Phone breaks while im in here in town on a work trip, completely unusable. Call one store to explain my situation and they say there’s absolutely, with a period, no way to fix my phone and that i need a new one. Disheartened, I call this store next, they say bring it in today to look at it, and explained all the possibilities it could be before I even got there. they replace what was needed and called me saying it was ready only two(!) hours later. The price I feel was so cheap too considered the hours and parts used. 5/5

Phenomenal I don't even know where to begin. Well for starters they came recommended by the Apple Authorized Service provider (Tech Advanced on Creighton). So I go in needing only a battery replacement of which they do seamlessly. The next morning come to find out there was an issue with my iPhone 15 Pro causing it to panic and shutdown every three minutes. Well not only did they fix it and cover the cost even when it was no one’s fault, they also gave me a loaner phone to use in the meantime (iPhone XR) and replaced the screen and battery on that one too. Their screen protectors also come with a lifetime warranty! Ryan and Jake, I believe it was, had the best communication of any business I’ve ever worked with and were so professional throughout the entire process. Thank you guys so much! Tech Handyman will forever be my number one recommended tech repair business from now on.

I have a laptop that coffee was spilled on it and wasn’t sure where to start for how to get it fixed. Called this business and spoke to Brian, he was very knowledgeable and experienced, giving me recommendations on what my options were. Ended up bringing the laptop in store to him same day and he looked at it, we had further discussions which ultimately led me to the best resolution possible for my situation. I felt comfortable and trusting of Brian due to his direct honesty. He didn’t charge for any of this advice which proves to me how helpful he really is. Also it was so quick and easy to get information from him. I appreciate his time and would recommend this place to anyone and would bring any electronics here in the future.
