Could write a book over how amazing the staff here are, especially Parker. Initially took the computer in because it wouldn’t turn on (or so I thought) as well as a red light for DRAM. Both fixes basically resulted in me being dumb, and the staff was super kind about it. Additionally, they were able to get me in and out same day. I did try calling multiple places nearby and not a single one of them could even get me in this week (with one even saying they’re booked out 3 weeks). Overall an amazing company I will be recommending to everyone I know if they have computer questions. Thank you team!

Amazing service. Friendly and professional service. They quickly fixed my Mac Book Pro. Turned out it was just an issue with the battery. They were able to reset the battery and had my laptop back to me the same day. Highly recommend!
