We had a fantastic experience with Smart Phone Doctor! They recently repaired my daughter’s iPad, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They clearly explained what was wrong, what it would take to fix it, and gave us a very fair price. The repair was completed quickly, and the iPad looks and works like new again. My daughter was thrilled to have it back so fast! It’s hard to find businesses that combine great customer service, honest pricing, and quality work — but Smart Phone Doctor absolutely delivered. Highly recommend to anyone needing phone or tablet repairs!

I have worked in Customer Service for 25 years, so I notice when a business truly cares about their customer. This place is top notch! I would say they really stand out, and I appreciated that very much. The work on my phone was done quickly and he made sure it was all good before I left. Also, I appreciated the way he explained everything. It shows that he is passionate about his work; very knowledgeable. It was service that’s very hard to come by these days. Great website, great service, great customer interaction! I got online over the weekend, check the business out and their reviews, on top of that AT&T actually recommended them for phone repairs. I made an appointment for Monday morning, when I arrived, I was greeted, he looked up the repair and validated what I want done, Make sure that he had all my contact information and gave me an estimated time to repair of an hour and a half. I came back in the recommended time, it was all finished and ready to go. I would recommend this shop for all your Small form factor repairs!
