Over The Top Roofing & Restoration

We hired Over the Top Roofing & Restoration after storm damage in March 2025. We signed two contracts (April and June) and paid a significant amount for a deposite. Despite repeated promises, no materials were ordered, and we were left without updates for months. One representative even left the company without notice, and no one followed up to reassign our project. Only after sending a certified demand letter in late August did materials arrive and work finally begin. The roof was eventually completed, but siding and gutters from the original contract were not done, and the contract was amended at the last minute only after I requested it. Communication was poor throughout, and the experience was stressful. ⚠️ Caution to future customers: Be sure to get everything in writing and stay proactive, and do not hire this company, as this company did not uphold its commitments until legal pressure was applied.

I highly recommend Over The Top Roofing. William Evans was my sales rep and I would definitely recommend working with him. He went above and beyond for us making sure our insurance adjuster saw all the storm damage that was done to our roof and the shop building. The roof replacement was done in a very timely and professional manner. The clean up was great, William even came back after they were done and made a second pass with a magnet to be sure all the nails were picked up. We would definitely use Over The Top again.

Very well pleased with with quality of material, the look, the roofers were hard workers and did an excellent job. Very impressed with the roofers on how hard they work to tear off two layers of roofing and install my new roof in one day. The workers were very conscientious of our landscaping and protected it very well so that none of our flowers and shrubs were damaged. After they were through roofing they were very cautious on cleaning up our yard and making sure that no debris was left. The representative we had his name was Jacob and he is very excellent at watching over all the work that was done and making sure everything was ready, the workers were ready and communicated very well. We highly recommend this company.
