When I recently had storm damage I contacted The Roofing Guy LLC to replace my roof. This is the second time they have roofed my home. There is a reason for their rating as a an A+BBB Company. Not only is their craftsmanship exceptional… their customer service is also! A shout out to Rich McCartt that kept me completely informed of the job progress and providing photos of that progress. Thanks again for a job well done!!
Summer's coming... pls do not use these people! CAN'T PUT ZERO ⭐️'S Horrible job! Workers didn't speak English & were eating chicken wings in the back yard threw bones on lawn and napping.... my dog choked on the bones. Stood in the gutters & ruined them, broke wood on roof, and roof line is disgusting for the price we paid. My husband has had to repair it himself because of shingles lifting. We upgraded the shingle to an architectural one for a better look....Embarrassing!!!
From the initial inspection to the completed roof install, Rich and his crew were fantastic! The estimates were spot on and the work performed is of very high quality. Rich even went as far to re-roof my shed in the back yard an no extra cost! Overall very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.
From the very start of our engagement, Rich was responsive, always followed though on his promises and very easy to work with. His pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent. His crew was courteous and worked quickly. Upon completion of the job, it was as if they were never there as all of the debris was cleaned up! I have full confidence in recommending to those that are in need of a new roof.
