Brown’s handled my roof repairs after a hail storm. They were wonderful to work with, they were timely, efficient and honest! They dealt with the insurance company so that saved me a great deal of stress. They kept me up to date and informed throughout the process. They cleaned up all the trash and debris when they were finished. They answered every question I had in a timely manner, and I had MANY! I highly recommend this local, honest, reliable company for your needs! Huge thank you to Alex for being the calm I needed after this storm!

David and his team were outstanding. I initially gathered multiple quotes from different companies, and although Brown’s Roofing was slightly higher, I chose them because of David’s approach. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and the reasons behind each cost, which gave me confidence in my decision. Now that the work is complete, I’m extremely happy with the results and grateful to have my home properly repaired.

David came out the day of my call to review an issue. He accessed and fixed the issue same day. Very pleased with Browns. I will definitely use them for any future work. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!!

I have to preface my review by saying that after Hurricane Helene, Brown Roofing came to repair a flat roof over my sunroom. The job was not well done. That being said, after I contacted them again, they went completely out of their way to make sure my roof was completely repaired to everyone's satisfaction. This included a second complete re-roof because the crew left some materials out. They did NOT STOP until the roof and surrounds were done right. There is a lot to be said for customer service!
