Crooks is what this company is asked for a estimate when they came out the tried to bully me in to doing the job right away for a cost that I couldn't do then charged me 95 for the estimate of doing nothing but stand there that's not how to do business and keep clients go with someone else i was never told anything about a charge over the phone
We our so happy with plumbing job that was done our bathroom remodel came out great the water pressure in the shower has never been better we love our toto toilet very happy
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Showed up 4 hrs late, had to call the office 3x before someone got back to me about when Darryl would arrive. Had them check my brand new shower installation for low water pressure. Darryl said my shower head might be clogged and replaced with a silver piece did that did not match the rest of my bathroom fixtures. I asked if there was a way to improve the water pressure with my current shower head or replace it with the same style. Darryl became very angry saying he wasn’t going to go back and forth, I had to have the silver one or he wouldn’t help me. Darryl’s assistant offered some alternate solutions to try to improve the water pressure when Darryl told him “Shut up! Don’t talk when we go to jobs, you’re just a helper.” I declined the offer for the silver shower head piece. He aggressively reattached my original shower head leaving scratches and damage to the finish and stormed out of my home. I called and spoke with manager Mike about my horrible experience with Darryl and replacement for my now damaged shower head when I was told that “they do not owe me anything” and hung up on me. One of the most unprofessional and horrible companies I have ever worked with.
