We had an excellent experience with The Plumbing Authority! Ray and Hector did a great job with a complete mainline replacement. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough! We also had a drain re-pipe done and Jake and John were fantastic! Audra was our contact in the office and she was very friendly and accommodating! They all went above and beyond and I highly recommend this company!
The Plumbing Authority provided excellent service and was able to quickly resolve our issue. They went above and beyond to work us into the schedule to get our problem fixed the exact day we needed it done. Austin was friendly and professional and did excellent work. Ray and Josh of The Plumbing Authority were excellent, friendly and professional. They replaced my 40’ main water line under ground and under my garage floor where the original line had sprung a leak. A big risky job but they were confident the whole way. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Price was right with many financial options as well. Finished up the job even seeding my yard around the meter! Thanks Ray and Josh for a job well done!
The folks at Plumbing Authority were quick, thorough, friendly, and professional when replacing our sewage and water lines. Ray and Josh were great about communicating with me throughout the process (we had to sacrifice a few raspberry bushes and disassemble the fence to get the excavator in). Work like this isn’t cheap, but it comes with peace of mind that it’s been done very well, to code, and won’t need to be done again for a very long time.
