Simon from Aire Serv came out for a heating tune-up and was excellent to work with. He arrived right on time, was very thorough in his inspection, and clearly explained everything he was seeing in a way that made sense. During the tune-up, he identified a repair that needed to be done and was able to fix it the same day, which I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. AireServ of Knoxville is So Great! They are always Friendly, Professional and Responsive. My Family has used AirServe for many years and they have always been dependable. Cindy, in the office, is so Sweet and helped me to get an apt time which worked for my schedule. Simon W. called to see if he could come by early and that was appreciated! He arrived and listened to what I thought was the issue with my system and he worked on it and fixed the minor issue that had taken place. He tested the system after he completed the work and made sure everything was operational. He answered all of my questions. He was Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. He did a Great Job! This is the second time he has worked on my system - the first time was a seasonal system service and he made suggestions which would help the system to be more efficient. In addition, when a new system was needed Rocky was very Efficient when he presented the system options and he was able to answer all of our questions and help to make the right decision. It is a Comfort to know that I can always count on AireServ to help and do a Great job — whether it is for seasonal system service or an emergency outage!!
