Daniel was punctual and very polite. He was very good listener when I was explaining the issue with my kitchen sink. He came very prepared and worked consistently. He was very thorough and he kept us abreast step by step of what was going on. Cold weather brought an unexpected water line freeze to our home. Daniel from SMK was incredibly responsive and dedicated to restoring our water service. It took knowledge, patience, diligence and even coordination with a drilling crew to get the job done and he managed all very well. Daniel worked into the evening (even called in additional late evening help) just to make sure that we were completely taken care of. It is challenging to find talented, trusted and fair trades in today’s marketplace but SMK is all of that and more.
