We had the Plumber of the Black Hills get and install a water heater for us. They provided quick, efficient service to replace a water heater that was not working. The young man who did the installation was efficient and capable and a pleasure to have do the work.
Our plumber was Brody. He was professional, quick and efficient. We called them in panic for our new home purchase and flooding. Got us in within a couple of days. Texted to let us know he was in his way. He was on time. Figured out the problem. Fixed it in a very timely manner. He was kind and respectful. Explained what to expect for our invoice/bill. Assured us that if the problem wasn’t fixed he would come back on their dime and fix it ASAP. 10/10 Recommend! We’re now lifer customers!
Brody, was patient and professional while dealing with our unique sewer system. It takes time to deal with our long line but he stuck with it and insured it was open and in working condition before he began his cleanup. The cost is appropriate for the distance traveled and the quality of the work rendered. Brody is professional, knowledgeable, and more than competent. If I need these services again, I sincerely hope that Brody will be available for a short road trip out from Belle Fourche. Thanks again! Jim D.
I am so happy to have a reliable efficient plumber right in Belle Fourche. From fixing my boiler to unthawing my pipes they are my heroes. I called them Ghost Busters with Nipko heaters when my pipes broke. Thank you Mike and staff!
