Our furnace went out during the cold extreme wind this January. We had another hvac company try and fix our furnace. They spent 5 hours trying to find the problem, then told us there was nothing wrong with it and it was just the wind. We called Wolff’s. They fixed it within 30 mins, were knowledgeable and professional. We will never call anyone else.

Wolff’s installed a water conditioning system for me. The whole company did excellent work. The office staff were friendly and scheduled the time to prepare a quote. I received timely emails containing the quote, and final bill which I was able to pay online. Kenton arrived on time to prepare and estimate of the work. He was professional and personable. The quote he prepared was exactly the same as the final invoice. Scott installed the water system. He also arrived on time and was professional and personable. Very disappointing experiences over the years with this company. They are not very prompt, refuse to get on a flat roof when theres a little wind or snow and poor communication. We will be using a different company going forward.

Scott and Todd came out promptly to take care of a leak in my basement. They were both very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Wolff's sent Jesse to our house to check on the furnace. During a cold-snap, service calls can take a while but they made it a priority to come over ASAP. Jesse was so helpful, answered a multitude of questions, and took time to check everything he could to ensure all potential issues were resolved. He was honest and thorough. Wolff's is lucky to have Jesse on their team!
