Wolff's sent Jesse to our house to check on the furnace. During a cold-snap, service calls can take a while but they made it a priority to come over ASAP. Jesse was so helpful, answered a multitude of questions, and took time to check everything he could to ensure all potential issues were resolved. He was honest and thorough. Wolff's is lucky to have Jesse on their team!
Scott and Todd came out promptly to take care of a leak in my basement. They were both very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.
Wolff’s installed a water conditioning system for me. The whole company did excellent work. The office staff were friendly and scheduled the time to prepare a quote. I received timely emails containing the quote, and final bill which I was able to pay online. Kenton arrived on time to prepare and estimate of the work. He was professional and personable. The quote he prepared was exactly the same as the final invoice. Scott installed the water system. He also arrived on time and was professional and personable. He answered all my questions and explained what he was going to do and why. Scott (and Wolff’s) used quality parts and installed them with professional tools. The system works great and looks professionally installed.
