I went in to get a really old phone fixed. He got it done in 15 minutes and had all of the parts on hand. He messed up the screen protector applicator the first time and went back and put a brand new one on there so he pays good attention to quality.
He tried to help me over the phone, I couldn’t remedy the issue. Took phone into the store, he got it straightened out very quickly. Very knowledgeable and polite.
Was having difficulty with my IPad! I knew exactly where to go and they were able to fix it within 15 minutes! I greatly appreciated that!! Great and professionally! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
The iStore Repair has the BEST customer service out of anywhere I have ever gone. He goes above and beyond to help however he can, all while being professional, efficient, excellent at repairs, fast and cheap! Will definitely be back for all my iPhone needs and will refer everyone I know!!!
A friend of mine recommended here after getting repairs done several times. This place is wonderful! I forget the owner's name, but he serviced mine and my husband's phones and he was great! Friendly, fast and efficient. He replaced the battery in my iPhone in under ten minutes and let me watch, so that was cool. He also patiently answered all my questions while I observed him. My husband's Samsung needed a part ordered in, which he was able to get in within two days. It should have been overnight, but the delivery service had issues outside of his control so it took an extra day. Again, not his fault. Once he had the part the repair only took about twenty minutes. The prices were very fair as well. I believe my battery replacement was around $60. All in all, I totally recommend this place! I'll for sure be coming back if I have any more phone issues in the future!
