We recently had 2 faucets replaced by Bieg. This process took 3 trips to complete. The technicians were professional and very competent (review has nothing to do with the quality of their work). A few items to know before calling them to your home: - Their prices go to time and a half (overtime) at 3:30 PM. You are either stuck paying 1.5x the regular rate or having them return another time. - The technicians clock begins when they leave for your job, not when they arrive on site.

I was referred to Bieg Plumbing by my handyman who could not fix a plumbing issue. He told me they were very fair with their pricing and did quality work. I called them this morning and was shocked to when I got a call this same morning saying they can send a technician in an hour. Matt was my technician and did just a fantastic job and explained the process completely and did a great job of cleaning up. Not what I expected with a plumber. Matt, a skilled plumber from Bieg, solved my long-standing plumbing problem created by another plumber, not from Bieg. Matt has a delightful personality, meets older people very well and explained options for me to solve the problem and treated me as if I was part of the solution. When he left, I felt my money was well spent and that I should not have this problem in the future due to his repairs/replacement of parts. I couldn't be more satisfied.
