Great customer service. My phones charging port was loose for months and they fixed it for me in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend!

My girlfriend’s phone was boot looping and we took it to the uBreakiFix. They wanted between $280-530 for the repair (based on if they used an OEM or aftermarket screen) and said it would take around 3 hours. At this place the repair was only 90 bucks and took maybe 30 minutes, and the screen didn’t need to even be replaced anyways. Other shops WILL try to scam you but they definitely didn’t here, and the guy behind the counter was incredibly kind and just seemed like he enjoyed his job.

The gentleman that works at this location is very friendly and also knowledgeable about phones. He did a great job with my iPhone 13 screen repair. He only charged me $150.00 for the OLED screen when the business “UBreakIFix” down the road was trying to charge me $400.00 for the same exact product. I highly recommend using this repair shop and I will be back for future phone purchases and repairs.

Excellent service. Isaac is a delight to work with. I highly recommend anyone needing phone repair services to go to him. He uses the highest quality products too. I went to a different store and that guys screen was not good quality and it broke and i had multi cord all across my screen. Issac put on a new screen and talked me into the pemium screen protector. I dropped the phone this week and it survived the drop well. I am a happy camper.
