The quality of the items appears to be satisfactory, as they seem durable and well-made. I am particularly pleased with the sleek design of the case and the clarity of the screen protector. The installation process was also straightforward, which I greatly appreciated. However, I believe there is an opportunity to enhance the packaging for improved protection during transit. Alex was great. He patiently waited for me to decide on the right phone case and answered all questions I needed in regards to making the best choice and purchase. He was super helpful and Had awesome deals.
My husband took his phone here for a screen replacement and now his phone suddenly dies SUPER FAST. It took much longer than what the guy told us, and then WE HAD TO CALL HIM (minutes before closing) to see if it was ready bc he never gave us a call. My husband has never had a battery problem with this phone before. We believe that he swapped the battery out. Wouldn’t recommend this place or trust them ever again.
