I had a few watches fixed, polished or serviced. Very courteous, knowledge able with swiss watches. Had my rolex, tudor watches reviewed and I feel confident leaving and servicing my watch collection. Valeria has a lot of years in dealing with automatic movements. Rolex or Tudor can take months or longer to service, loose parts, taking in a watch to have serviced professionally here is recommended. Even with Underwood, they could not polish my Rolex, so I took the watch to Valeria and it came out wonderful! Honest, fairly priced and professional! Matt
This is the go to spot for any watch repair! They’ve been in business in the same shop for 30+ years. I went there to get a screw replaced for the case back of one of my watches because I had taken it to another shop previously and they had replaced it with a used screw which wasn’t the right fit. The amazing owners of Fine European Watch Repair replaced the crew with the correct one and did not charge me for it even tho I offer to pay many times. I could not be happier! This people are amazing ☺️
1968 Seiko Bell-Matic. The second hand falls off, so I bring it in. They put the second hand back on. I get my watch back. Everything seems okay. A couple of days later, I accidentally knock out the minute hand while playing with my dog. So, I bring it in, they put the hand back on, and get my watch back. Everything seems okay. The crystal falls out the following morning before I go into work, unbeknownst to me, and I accidentally damage my second hand beyond repair because I didn't realize the crystal was missing. I bring it back and I'm told I need a replacement second hand. I wait for a replacement second hand to be ordered, delivered, and put on. A few weeks pass and I get my watch back with the replacement second hand, which is nearly identical, but still different from the original, however, now the alarm feature is not working properly like it was before I dropped it off. The alarm is going off at a different time than where the hour hand is located on the watch. I am willing to accept that half of the issues I've had with this watch are my own fault. I couldn't have known the crystal was prone to falling out after retrieval. Because of this, the second hand was replaced and is no longer original to the watch, which is not an outcome would've hoped for when having my watched worked on here. I am grateful for the help, but still disappointed. Also, I don't understand how the alarm got the way it is. The couple that work here have had a lot of patience with me and my old watch, and have been kind to me throughout this entire process. (For context, in the video provided, the alarm sounded at the 9:30 mark, when the hour hand was at roughly the 2:00 mark)
