Under Pressure Sales Inc

Brought a Troy Built pressure washer in for repair and was told it would be about a week before it could be worked on. Two weeks went by and when I called to see the status of the machine I was told it had not been looked at yet, and I should call back in a few days. I waited an additional week and called again and was met by a voice recording indicating the mail box was full. I then waited two hours, called again and the woman on the phone said it was not looked at yet, and I should call back in a few days. At this point I told her not to bother looking at the machine and I would be in later that day to pick it up. Upon arriving at the business location, I was not offered an explanation or an apology as to why the service I experienced was so bad. When I asked to speak to a manager or an owner, I was informed that the owner was not available and the person I was speaking to was the manager. As a manager, she obviously had not taken the course on customer satisfaction. I urge anyone looking to do business with this company get a firm time commitment, and get it in writing. Needless to say this business is off my "preferred contractors" list.
