Called on Monday morning because my garage door spring broke, they were there by noon! Got a text when the repair person arrived to say who was at my house to complete the repair (also helped me avoid my dog barking by sneaking out to meet him). Service was quick, very reasonably priced (better than others in town) and the guy doing the repair was super nice, efficient, and did a great job!
I had three garage doors and openers that I wanted replaced and upgraded. Ryan came out and gave me some options. He explained that they could put different radius tracks on that would get the doors higher up in the ceiling! The day of the install his crew of 4 showed up 15 minutes early, got all the old doors and openers taken down and installed all of the new doors in openers in under 3 hours. They were excellent!!
Last week our garage door decided to attack one of our vehicles as it was pulling out of the garage… that’s the story we’re sticking with ;-) This happened at 7:55 am. Door Doctor had a service tech there by 10:00 am to assess damages. We ended up needing a new door. They went out of their way to locate and install a new one later that afternoon. We’re very grateful for their excellent customer service and ability to accommodate on such short notice. Two days later we had -20 degree temperatures and we are incredibly grateful for the Door Doctor’s outstanding service!
I have never had a garage door break on me and of course it happened during winter time. I own a local business and need to get where I am going and Door Doctor to the rescue. So happy I went here. Alejandro was the service tech and he was amazing and prompt. He explained everything and got it fixed the same day I called. I love the work they did and the way it was done efficiently and promptly.
