The Crew Cleaning & Restoration

We recently purchased a new home..with some not so new flooring. The Crew was able to clean our carpets ..miracles were performed here..and the tile…oohhh the tile… We were originally going to replace the tile but decided to try a deep clean and stain and seal. What a difference!! We were able to keep the tile (and the money it would have cost to replace it) it went from drab and dingy with 23 different grout colors(or so it seemed) to fabulous! My home looks beautiful!! The guys who showed up were charming, knowledgeable, hardworking,and so polite. I would highly recommend the Crew for any job.

This group was excellent is SO many ways. Bottom line; the end result was fat better than I thought it would be. I knew the final result would be great but, this was outstanding. They took on an exceptionally troubled spot where I had experienced a leak in basement from outside clogged gutters. The leak was fixed but, I thought I would have to replace carpet. So, I gave these guys a shot & the carpet was like new! Didn't have to install any new carpet. Leading up to the great cleaning, their communication was phenomenal &, since I could be on site at the time, they called me with updates & sent before & after pictures. PRICE? I was very pleasantly surprised with fantastic price. This crew is, without a doubt, my nee "go to" for any type of stream cleaning needed!

Would absolutely recommend this company! Amy went above and beyond to help me schedule a cleaning with short notice. I got a cleaning within the same week! Her customer service was 5+ stars. I cannot wait to work with her again. It is hard to find a company of any kind that you almost immediately trust especially with your family home. Their crew headed by Brandon Chaney did such an incredible job. They gave new life to our 20+ year old carpet in our rental. They were respectful & timely! I was shocked in how fast yet quality their work was.

I am so glad I saw their business card posted on the bulletin board of a local family restaurant. I have been looking for a very long time for a highly professional company and we have such limited choices in Danville!! This was like a message from God!! This company provides an amazing service! Brandon, our technician, was the BEST! He arrived on time. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. When he left my carpet looked so good and was practically dry! No wet, soggy carpet that makes your carpet look dull and lifeless. I will definitely use The Carpet Cleaning Crew again and again and will highly recommend them to everyone! Looking at my carpet tonight, I feel like I have brand new carpet!!! Thank you Amy and Brandon!!!
