Appointment was scheduled quickly by Melissa who was super accomadating and pleasant by phone. Steve and Eli were prompt to appointment. Very personable and super efficient...didnt take up whole day and did 5 rooms and stairs. Explained couple areas that was best they could get (and definitely is tons better). Would highly recommend!

Steve was prompt to arrive, (actually he was early, which I appreciated). He was thorough, efficient and effectively cleaned our carpets and steps. Steve reminded us several times to be cautious of the carpets being wet, (the landing is tile and he wanted us to be careful not to slip and fall. It was a very good experience at a reasonable price. We will use Tommy’s Carpet Cleaning services again.
