I had no idea what to expect. I wasn't even sure what I needed, only that I couldn't get my woodstove to run without filling my home with smoke. Jeremy looked everything over, figured out the issue explained what was needed and how I could work around it until the needed improvements could be made. On time, neat, thorough and never once made me feel like I was being "mansplained". Very happy and would recommend them!
I couldn’t be happier with the work done for me on my chimney and wood stove. The team communicated frequently about what was happening. They respected my interior by laying clothes so not to damage my rugs. The job was completed a day early ! I’m so grateful to have found a local company that surpassed my expectations.
If you have a fireplace then hopefully you know it needs annual attention. It’s just a safety thing that should not be ignored. Country Sweep has maintained my wood stove insert (a wood stove specifically designed to fit into your fireplace) for years. Thankfully they pointed out and repaired some much needed work to my chimney (who ever gets up on the roof and inspects the chimney?) that would have eventually caused some major problems. They are very professional and take care not to get any soot or ash on the floor or furnishings (think white chair). They’ve also given some safety tips that I quickly implemented. These are the pros.
Excellent service, integrity driven owner, office personnel & workers. I had a large job; repairing the firebox in my fireplace & a new liner needed to vent the furnace. They did an excellent job, very conscientious with coming in & out of the house. Very thorough in completing all the work. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
