We had a wasp problem and needed help fixing our window and gable vent to prevent them getting in. Jack was very helpful, informative, honest and professional. We got a couple estimates and decided on Jack because of how knowledgable he is, the fairness of pricing, and he's just a really down to earth guy. It took a lot of the stress out of getting our house fixed up.
I had a hard time finding a reliable contractor to repair my ceiling after a water leak. I was also working with a very tight deadline for when the job needed to be completed. Jack was more than accommodating with my scheduling constraints and actually finished the work earlier than I expected — in just one day. There were no surprises. His estimate was clearly laid out, with every charge accounted for, and his prices are very reasonable. What also stood out to me was how different he was from other contractors I contacted: many were slow to respond (if they responded at all), and some didn’t even show up to provide an estimate. Jack responds quickly and professionally to emails, and if he says he’ll be at your home at a certain time, he shows up on time. After what I went through before finding him, working with Jack was a true breath of fresh air. I will make sure to contact Jack for all my future projects!
Jack installed 2 screen doors and did an excellent job. There were some issues with them fitting since it’s an old house and he had to get them to fit properly. He was great to work with and addressed all the issues. I highly recommend him.
