My computer had the "blue screen of death" after I tried to do a restore on it due to a printer malfunction. I was devastated. It happened over the weekend, so I took it to The Computer Guy and Company on a Monday. The front office was professional and great to talk to. My computer was back home within 4 days (I know it was a mess to fix.) It is running better than it did when I first bought it. (Brand new computer with Windows 10.) The printer problem I had was fixed when it came back. Just a word of caution, back up any and all files you may need in case the computer goes haywire. I am (from now own). Kudos to all at this company.
My computer was not fixable so I saw one there I was interested in I was told that the $50 plus tax of $3.50 would be taken off the price of the computer I was getting which was $325, so that would have made the price of the new computer $271.50 my total was $344.01 ???? Which is $ 271.50 PLUS the $50.00 that I was told would be removed and tax of $22.51 .When I brought this up I was told that’s not what it was .It’s simple math. I was offered the $50 back then was told I wasn’t getting it . I had to ask for my computer back at least 3 times . I am not stupid I do know basic math . Please always double check your invoice!!!!... Up date . The computer I got was $325 . I was told that the diagnosis fee of $50 would be applied from the cost of the computer. $325.- $50 = $275 + tax of $19.75 = $284.75 NOT $344.01 that I was charged. I have shown my invoice to a number of people and they all agreed with me .
Heather was pleasant and greeted me upon my entry into the business. Even though she was helping another customer. She, fixed a minor problem with my laptop and gave me future recommendations. Much Thanks!
Great service and very cool people!
