These men do not phucc around. I’ve been working wit the company pha about 10+ years n have never had an issue. Any one who complains gotta b absolutely incompetent or lazy to try and slander these folks who work very hard to keep an agreement n honor satisfactory results within a timely fashion. 🫡
This is the absolute worst place to fix your phone. On top of taking 3+ weeks to fix a simple screen backlight, when “ready”, the phone was not even properly fixed. Screen turns off at random. It’s better to find another phone repair store or even fix it yourself, save yourself some money, time and stress from sloppy repair jobs and absolute incompentet workers.
My samsung S20 FE screen broke on me at work and I needed it the next day. I took it to two other phone repair stores first and they couldn't get me in till tomorrow or later but The Cell Masters got it done in 2 hours. There's a nice lounge area if you want to wait there or you could go a couple blocks away to the erna fergesson library like I did. They charged me about $200 after tax but all their screens have a 90 day malfunction warranty in case anything was still causing problems. I ended up cracking my screen again a few weeks later and they offered me 20% off a second replacement. AND don't go thinking they sold me a cheap phone screen that cracked after 2 weeks! I should have bought a screen protector after it broke the first time... Now you can learn from my mistakes and buy a screen protector when you get your phone repaired from the Cell Masters
