Our dryer made a big sound and then some bad sounds, so I called Steven. He responded quickly, was out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it same day with parts he had on hand. He was very polite and clear with what the issue was and what he needed to repair, and the price was super reasonable. Overall great experience, and honestly makes me less worried about all the other appliances I have knowing I can get an honest opinion from a knowledgeable professional who's not going to just try to sell me some massive repair or new unit.

Steven accommodated us on short notice to fix a dishwasher that was not draining properly. He maintained good communication in scheduling and before arrival for the job. He then made short work of the task at hand, clearing the clog, and left us with an appliance that’s working better than it has for some time.
