I was quoted almost $1700 for a new catalytic converter at another place. I called Terrys and they gave me a quote of $1150. I was so thankful to find a cheaper place to get this fixed. When I took it in and they looked at it they found it was only the flex pipe that needed fixed and a tune up to get it running like normal again! I paid $700 for this fix at Terrys and my car has been running smoothly ever since! I was very pleased to find a place that took the time to look at everything and find me the most affordable option! The lady at the front desk was so nice. I will be taking it back for repairs in the future!

A small local shop that treats their customers excellent. Dealing with them has been a very pleasant experience, probably the best I've ever had in all honesty. They have been in communications with the dealership we took our Tahoe too and even after a new cat installed tge same issue popped up again. The dealership told Terrys to put in a new cat on the other side but Terrys went above and beyond and figured out the sole reason for our issues. Ended up putting a new cat even so but the issue we were having was destroying the cats. Terry did us way better than expected on price too. I looked over their work and was definitely satisfied (professional welder and pipe fitter). Terry, and crew, i cant thank y'all enough for the service you provided, will definitely be using them again when needed and also sending all my buddies to them too.

I have taken multiple cars to different shops across Des Moines. A colleague recommended Terry's to me after he heard about issues I was having with a car. Won't take a car anywhere else now. They are knowledgeable and honest, and I would recommend them to anyone else.

Got referred to Terry's Auto Service for my cracked catalytic converter on my Chevy Traverse took it in got a quote with in no time and was fixed in only a couple of hours. They did amazing work and have great customer service. And after weeks of worrying about my car they definitely brought me some relief with a great price as well. Definitely will be referring them to everyone i know and using them for all my exhaust needs as well.
