From start to finish, everyone was helpful, kind, and thorough. I went for a Playstation 5 repair. While there, I also got a new screen protector on my phone. Everything was done quicker than I expected and for much less than I expected. While I've had good experiences at UBreakIFix, Techy was excellent and much cheaper!! I won't be going back to UBreakIFix again, Techy was superb. I even texted the number on the website ahead of time and during the experience. Very quick replies and super friendly! Thank you!!

this place rocks!! I had a Chromebook that was not working correctly because some of the keys were deteriorated and broken. I was worried that I would have to buy a new one. This thing is my baby and I love it. So somebody told me about this place and I wanted to give it a try! Thank God I did! Not only were they very helpful but they replaced the keyboard. It looks brand new And I’ve never been more happier thank you very very much. I will continue to support this business.

Excellent service! Very professional! Najla is who sent me the link for the Google review, so I believe he is who I spoke with before I brought my phone in for battery replacement. He answered the phone with "Thank you for calling Techy Cooper City, what can I repair for you today?" THAT is how it's done my friends. My repair was simple, battery replacement for a Nokia 8.3 5G phone. Najla said give him about an hour and it was done in that time frame. I will be coming back without a doubt! Thank you, Najla!
