I had a fantastic experience! I was looking for a specific Rolex, which is hard to find. Ruben was able to get the watch in a day and gave me a great price! I went into his store and the watch was in perfect condition…like brand new. He and his brother took excellent care of me…sizing the watch and giving me an appraisal. It was outstanding from start to finish!

I brought in my own stone and asked for a custom setting based on a photo. It was ready for pickup only 7 business days later and is gorgeous. It’s just what I wanted, and you can feel the quality in how much weight there is to it. They also previously fixed another one of my rings that had been botched by a different jeweler, and they made it as good as new.
