Wow…I can’t even begin to show my appreciation for the experience I had at Drone Nerds in Dania FL. I ran into a major bind last night when I went to charge my DJI Inspire 2 batteries for a Yacht drone shoot in Miami Beach the next morning. I wrote an email to Drone Nerds and watched the clock in the morning until they opened. Before I even had the chance to call, I received a call from Robbie responding to my urgent message. Robbie had everything I needed in stock, and I purchased an extra item just to show my appreciation. I spoke with a few of the staff members and all of them were incredibly helpful, and it’s nice to see people smile at their place of work too. They were all asking me if I was being helped, and paying attention to my experience. I recommend this establishment and experience to anyone who is in the market for not only DJI products, but for a great experience with kindness, knowledge, and appreciation for your situation whatever it may be. Super professional and my go to store even if there is a retailer closer to where I live. Thanks so much guys, you saved the day!!! DV
