Brought my PC into TGS for a diagnosis; it wasn’t turning on. I told them I’ve had cats step on the switch in the past, and that I suspected that’s the problem. They tell us the computer is “toast” and they couldn’t get power to the motherboard days later. $100 down and discouraged, we ask a friend for help. He takes it home and turns it on in 30 seconds. It was the switch. The switch we told them was probably broken.

Paid them $100 for them to tell me that my computer was un repairable. Brought ot to work, and the IT manager discovered the problem was only a faulty power switch. I strongly suggest going somewhere else. I tried to support a local business, and now that bridge is burned.
