Techneaux Technology Services is about what you’d expect from an IT company — generally solid service, with the usual frustrations that tend to come along with IT support. But then there’s Jude. Jude is a mythical IT creature. The unicorn, the chosen one. The guy who actually answers, understands the problem, and fixes it without needing 47 emails and a sacrifice to the tech gods. If Jude touches your ticket, it’s basically solved. He’s fast, knowledgeable, and somehow manages to be helpful while the rest of IT operates in “have you tried turning it off and on again” mode. Techneaux is overall a solid choice when it comes to needing IT support — but Jude is the real reason you leave a good review.
