Highly recommend. My nephew told me about David's shop and I'm glad I visited him. I had a swollen battery on my Nintendo Switch console. Chatted with David about my usage, charging, and the issues I was having. He really instills confidence with his knowledge. I had a replacement kit but was worried about repairing it myself. I came in a little after noon, and he had it ready to go by 330. He gives lots of details on his services and his business. He made lots of sense to me and he's polite and friendly to boot. With my first phone repair I wanted to go with something local, believing I would receive a more in-person experience. I am ecstatic to say I am extremely satisfied with the work that Dave at Techie provided. Not only did he price the repair fairly, but he also gave me customer service that is rarely given. Upon my parts for the repair being delivered to the store; he called to give me the update and was ready to start the work on my phone immediately. iPhone 11 screen cracked and battery capacity was low. Repaired with new OEM screen and battery. Phone back in very good condition now. What was very helpful and beneficial to me was the expert level of advice and coaching that was provided free to help me preserve my new battery life. Definitely cares about meeting and exceeding customer needs. Clearly competent and qualified. Would definitely do businesses with again.
