Not only have they been around for a few decades, but these people really know their stuff and they're fair-priced!!! They helped me with my gaming PC in a timely manner and they even put the repair into context that I could understand! Forget about GeekSquad or FixItPro! 100% recommend this business to anyone and everyone i come in contact with!
This a great place for repairs and buying your tech needs. Cameron built me two use laptops that work wonderfully and he took the time to get me oriented to windows 11, which was a new critter to me. If you’re an older patron like me, he is patient and can explain things simply. Glad o found them.
I had purchased a brand new pre-built gaming desktop and experienced it crashing at least once, if not several times a day, for the first few weeks until I brought it in to Tech Smart. They weren't exactly sure what was causing the problem, but they fixed every issue they could find, got me back my desktop within 24 hrs and now it works perfectly! They also did a great job explaining what I could do to keep it running in the best condition, and all for a great price! 10/10 would recommend.
