Dillabaugh's have an amazing staff as well as high quality flooring! Thaddeous and Riley came to my home for measurements and were a pleasure to work with. Thaddeous came out after the install was finished to ensure the install was to our satisfaction, reflecting true servant leadership.
Thaddeus is the greatest great communicator. Knows more about stuff than I do which is rare. He's a good salesman enjoyed working with him
We purchased our home brand new in 2022. 3 years later the flooring is already destroyed. We ordered some flooring to replace the stairs and landing, and Dillabaugh's ordered too much and when my husband called to see if we could return the rest of the flooring, we were ghosted. Their job is to measure and make sure we would have the adequate amount of flooring. Now we are out money and are pretty upset about the flooring falling apart so quickly. As you can see in the photos, it's terrible.
Things were touch and go because the flooring we ordered never came in. The flooring installation date was rescheduled three times. I was ready to go with a different flooring store. But Thaddeus’s great customer service and his diligence encouraged us to continue to work with him. The flooring installation crew held our installation date But we needed to find a flooring we liked. Ultimately we chose a flooring my husband and I really liked. We are truly happy and satisfied with the final product. Our home looks like new. Thanks To Thaddeous and everyone at Dillabaug who made it happen.
Dillabaugh’s was amazing to work with! They were professional and friendly, and worked efficiently. I have never been in love with carpet before, but my gosh! This is the softest and coziest carpet I’ve ever experienced. They had some amazing deals running and we had them carpet the 4 upstairs rooms and the stairway, and the whole family is happy, plus my son’s asthma is improving without the old, nasty carpets! I also love that they give back a significant amount of money to local charities with every install. 100% recommend!
