If you want to be treated as garbage and disrespected, be towed by this company. I didn't mind paying any amount that asked us to receive my car back, but the team's disrespect, the cracked windshield of my car and they have what we accept cards in the window, but we don't accept itcar only in cash and we increased the price if they don't like themselves
The staff here were incredibly kind after I was in an accident in 195 Eastbound. They responded promptly to the police who arranged my tow and they gave me a ride so I was not stranded on the highway. The brothers who own this place together were very sweet, as I was clearly shaken up and scared. They have worked easily with my insurance company. I can’t speak to the auto body, but for towing I had no issues.
The owner was absolutely atrocious. He was rude and refused to address any concerns because he can do no wrong. When asked why there was excess damage on the vehicle than that prior to the crash he claimed it was my fault. After I asked if I could get the key to get my CD and he refused. He could of and should of handled this situation differently. Below I will attach the before and after. The first 2 are before and the last 3 are after. Edit: Might I also add he started lying about how there is no electricity and that they took the battery out. That wasn't the case at all of the accident. The battery wasn't damaged. So they started taking parts to make money off of my vehicle without even asking my insurance or me beforehand. If you are ever in an accident make sure that your insurance or yourself doesn't let it get towed to this shady place.
