They scheduled me for an appointment the first time calling them and then had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours of dropping it off. Good and friendly service and the prices seem fair. Happy I found them when searching for auto repair nearby!
Jason took in my vehicle right away and provided an estimate and fully explained my options before replacing my brake pads and rotors. When I picked up my vehicle the same day it was clean and the bill was exactly what he had estimated. No surprises. Trust Jason to do good work in a timely manner.
Complete Auto Tech is super reliable! Every time I take my car in to be serviced they do a great job! The team is super friendly, especially Jason, and they explain what is being done to the car so even a novice can understand!
From the moment my vehicle got towed to Complete Auto Tech Center by the most excellent tow company ever, all day, all night towing, it was a five-star experience. The shop manager, Jason, had taken care of me from start to finish and assisted me with what was not only best for the shop but was also honest and fair for the customer. My vehicle was totaled, but Jason took the time to speak with the insurance company to ensure they didn’t take advantage of me. I understand finding trustworthy mechanics and tow men is hard, but I promise this place will not disappoint you. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ God is good.
