Young guy behind counter is not from the old pleasant st location. He can't find anything and doesn't know a wall mount box from a face plate. The place itself doesn't have what a network pro needs at all. For such a large place, to not stock the simplest items for network wiring is sad.

I called ahead one week before my project started and I was assured they had the stuff I needed. When I arrived at 6am one week later ready to buy stuff they did not have what I needed and did not take the time to help me source it locally. Very disappointed.
