A couple months ago my girlfriends computer started randomly restarting, we tried to fix it ourselves by talking to friends, asking Facebook groups, testing different components, and buying new parts. We weren't able to figure out the issue so a few weeks ago I reached out to George. He was very friendly and agreed to take the computer and see what was going on with it. After a couple days of him having the computer and running tests he got back to me and found out exactly what the problem was. It turned out her CPU was failing on us. George was great with his communication and diagnostics! He had an extra CPU on hand and we ended up buying that one from him. We have had the computer back for a couple weeks and have had no issues since. I highly recommend contacting George if you have any issues with your computer, he is very friendly and great at what he does. Thank you so much George!

I'd like to start off by saying, I'm not a stranger to technology. Grew up using it all my life and still relatively up to date with current technology as well. Ended up messing up my laptop, messing around with some settings. Thought for sure it was a done deal and that I needed to get a new one but thought I would try sending it here for a lifeline. George helped me restore my device that I thought was going to end up in the bin. He explained what he tried doing and luckily we were able to get everything back. Thank you again for everything and I'm truly grateful for your help. 11/10 highly recommend.
