Best customer service!!! I had a patio fan for over one year and the oscillating motor went out. When we bought the fan, we were told that it had a lifetime warranty. So I called expecting the process to be difficult because I did not have the original receipt, the box, and we had had the fan for over a year. They were super friendly and looked up the receipt. They had the fan in stock and said that they would warranty it no problem. I walked in with the old fan and out with the new fan in less than five minutes. That’s how it should be done!
