The gentlemen at the front was very friendly and generous to me. I needed a specific small part (m.2 standoff screw) and if I were to order it online, I had to order 5 or more screws, and it wouldn’t be here until after new years. I called, then went up to PC doc and they spotted me a screw for free. Now I don’t want people pulling up thinking they will just give out free stuff. However, that kindness and fast service was deeply appreciated, and I feel like it shows a lot about how genuine their team is. I know who my local store is if I need anything going forward.

I had two laptop problems that another IT place would not or could not fix and I took them one at a time to PC Doc and they fixed both to my total satisfaction in 2 days on first one due to getting replacement screen! They did battery replacement in one day on next one. They will be my IT of preference and I have a very busy office.
