Not the best experience. Customer service was ok. There was miscommunication between what the technician told me vs what the technician told their receptionist which resulted in the technician making an empty trip to my home. No work was done, but I was charged $150 for this empty trip. After some discussion with them, they did try to make it right by applying the $150 towards the total bill if they were to come back and actually complete the service that I originally requested. Yet after all that had transpired thus far, I felt that it would be best to seek other options.
