Great company to deal with. Owner Steve is super nice & very much dedicated to customer service in his company. Our installer Nick was a pleasure to meet, and was very thorough in explaining the how to’s and what if’s of our replacement system.
Perry came out and gave us a quote initially and was so nice and professional and made us feel very safe with what our choices were to protect our home. They came out and installed everything today and were very quick and efficient. They showed us how to get everything set up to use from not just the panel, but from the app on our phone. I cannot recommend Tapper enough!
I was referred to Tapper Security by a friend. After speaking with the GM, I never looked further and did not waste time to shop other options. I knew our business was in good hands. He was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the process to equip our small business with a security system. The pricing is very reasonable and the apps / communication from Tapper are amazing. Each member of the team from the front desk to the technicians are all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any home or business need one might have.
