I dropped off two pairs of boots for repair of the welts and eyelets. They were ready in a week and were repaired incredibly well. The cost was also less than half of what I expected. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their boots fixed!
I purchased a Tanner's Alley briefcase used from a friend. It has served me faithfully every single day for multiple years now, hardly showing any signs of wear. It is sturdy and well made. The customer service is also fantastic; when a piece of hardware needed replacing, I reached out, and they sent 2 of this piece free of charge.
Super nice and did such a great job on my dads shoes!! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a shoe repair! They also have beautiful hand made leather items for sale!!
My favorite pair of black leather Thom McCann boots are at least 15 years old. The leather has remained beautiful, but the soles and heels needed replaced. They did them in a week at a price that was cheaper than a pair of junk shoes today. And they put a Vibram sole on them. They’re good for another 15 years easy. Very courteous staff and just a beautiful leather goods store! Highly recommend them!
