Contacted Edison Electric to get a quote on a portable generator kit for my home. They returned my call almost immediately after submitting my request for service. They were quick to provide a quote and schedule the service. Matt Bright was the technician that came to my house and did a great job. He was respectful of my home and completed the job quickly. Would definitely recommend and will call them again if I have any other issues.

Had a very nice experience, Matt went out of his way to get the problem fixed as quick as he could dispite the fact there were some problems getting the materials. He was very polite and efficient, out of all the places we called, Edison was the only one who cared to call back! This was an emergency because it had to do with our electric furnace! Everyone else said they were too busy and Edison electric were also busy but they made time for us, because they knew our furnace wouldn’t work with no power. (They cared)!

Edison electric was amazing. We had a wind storm the broke off our power pole behind our house, which ripped off electric and Generac boxes off the side of our house. They sent out someone same day of calling them and where back the next day to get our power on. They coordinated with power company so that everything was replaced/fixed and power back and generator ready to go after only 6 hours from arrival. They made sure we had electricity and heat for Christmas. (In pictures, please excuse green siding. Powerwash coming soon.)
