Just wanted to say I stopped by the store at 6:25 pm Nov 13th. Door was locked, so I called the phone number and its been disconnected. 45 plus minute drive to the store Was eager and excited to finally try one of Whites creations for possible purchase. Disappointed for sure
Haven’t purchased yet, but I had a very pleasant conversation with Mr. White and played a few of his guitars. All played beautifully and were quite obviously made with love and careful design. Not only were his guitars gorgeous and played accordingly, Mr. White is a great person himself. I trust his guitars are nothing short of the best. I highly recommend checking out his store and speaking with him!
The guitars have a unique look, unfortunately they fail short on the finishes and sound quality. Not to mention their extremely poor customer service and Quality controls. I have received 3 guitars one behind the other, all of them with defects, hence they were returned. Furthermore, it is extremely hard to get a refund from this people. I am putting a dispute with my credit card to get them to refund my money. I would not recommend doing business with them.
This isn’t a review of the shop … never been… but just wanted to say I recently got an EOS 112 model guitar and I really like it. It is beautifully made… super solid build… is comfortable to play … and the sound is terrific. Thanks for making such a great product!
I went to Andrew White Guitars not really knowing what to expect and if it was really what I was looking for. I ended up buying a guitar there and got an absolutely great guitar that hit all the marks when it came to what I was looking for and went well above what I expected. The quality of guitar is outstanding. What’s more, and what I really didn’t expect was the experience of purchasing a guitar that I got from this shop. Where any time I’ve bought a guitar previously, it was a purchase, this was great experience. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new guitar take a look at these guitars they aren’t all your traditional shape and sound. However, I think if you actually see these guitars in person and play them most would be very pleased with them and find something they’d want to take home.
