I don't know about you, but searching for plumbers on the internet is daunting. How does one choose from the mass amount of listed companies and not get bamboozled?! ...such is life! Couple that with a frozen drain pipe and you have a stress inducing situation on your hands. I was recommended Talley Services through my relator and thank goodness she had the connection. Kevin was responsive and kind. His technicians were knowledgeable, hardworking, and didn't leave a mess behind. They didn't come in and try to upsell me or throw a Band-Aid on the problem. With temperatures continuing to be in the negative since the repair, my drain line hasn't frozen again, which tells me the rerouting of my line and adjusting my pipe pitch was right call. I appreciate Talley Services so much and I feel better knowing that I'm supporting a small business that has integrity. I will be using them again!
