I called Dickson Plumbing on Monday evening about a leak at my home in Middletown. At 5:15 PM, Trevor was the only plumber who answered the phone. After I explained the issue, he said he would send someone out...and within 30 minutes, Trevor himself (the owner) arrived and began fixing the problem. I also mentioned a few additional plumbing upgrades I wanted to make, and he told me they could handle everything the same week. Four days later, they have installed additional shutoff valves and a new holding tank for my well water. Everything was explained clearly, they were punctual and professional, and the quality of work was excellent. I cannot recommend Dickson Plumbing enough. It's great that it is a family owned business from the area. They did a tremendous job, and I will absolutely use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

These guys are the best around here! Really appreciate their response to my situation. They really try to be there for their customers with promptness and treats the problem professionally and honestly with zero pressure. They cleared a kitchen drain clog for me very quickly and diligently, with sound advice that I wish I knew them first before other plumbers. I was looking for a family owned plumbing company for a leaking shower drain. I like the reviews on Dickson plumbing and gave them a call. Showed up quickly sameday as they happened to be in the area. Middletown. They completed the job correctly, pricing was good they ever did a great job clean up after themselves. Courteous and insightful. I would highly recommend Dickson plumbing. Trevor you did a great Job. Thank you Dickson Plumbing! You have a new customer!

I found Dickson Plumbing in Nextdoor. Someone recommended them. I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing need. I've had pretty much the entire family out doing the job for us over a few visits, from the father, 2 of the sons and one of the cousin. They were professional, courteous, yet friendly and honest. We had no hot water. I called them up and they asked some questions and a couple pictures. Then they came out next day and diagnose our issue and gave us a price quickly. They were willing to driving to Maryland to pick up the tank and bring it with them so they can install the tank for me as soon as possible as we had no hot water. Tank installed and we have hot water again. About a month later, we had no hot water again. It was about 9 pm but I texted Trevor, the person that came out at the beginning, and he responded right away. Again, ask for some pictures and then came out next day to look at the heater. Without making this too long, Trevor found the problem, called the manufacturer and was told that the unit had to be replaced but they have to order the unit as they don't have it in stock. Trevor made some calls and called me the next day that they will be able to come out and install the new tank the next day. All in all, we had no hot water for 2.5 days. Both times they cleaned up after their job. Very happy with them. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing need.
